4+ hours notice: Free cancellation/reschedule

Future bookings: Up to 5 bookings at a time
Bay coverage: Included time applies to one bay only

Excessive holds or no-shows may lead to limits or suspension

Injury/Illness: 14+ consecutive days - contact us for pro-rated credit
We reserve the right to limit reservations or suspend memberships for repeated no-shows, late cancellations, or behavior that reduces availability for other members.
