Bartender
We are seeking Bartenders. Bartenders at The Bogey Factory are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and genuine hospitality. Bartenders greet customers with a smile, learn about their preferences, are helpful in answering any questions, recommend menu items, and prepare and serve beverages and food. Responsibilities Include the Following
- Provide above-and-beyond service to Guests with a friendly face
- Expertise in spirits/beer/wine
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant Guests while following proper pouring procedures
- Maintain an appealing and Guest-ready bar and seating area
- Understand Guests’ beverage preferences and make on-point recommendations

Lead Line Cook

Responsibilities Include The Following
- Lead and supervise the line cooks in daily kitchen operations

Shift Lead
We are seeking Shift Leads. Shift Leads are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and genuine hospitality. Shift Leads take charge in the space and have extensive knowledge of our food and beverage offerings and are people-oriented, charismatic, fun and engaging.
Responsibilities Include The Following
- Manage all staff on duty and ensure they are performing their jobs properly
- Inspect all equipment at the beginning and end of the shift and report concerns or repair needs to the General Manager
- Holding pre-shift tee times with front of house staff daily
- Address and resolve complaints from guests and employees, including simulator crashes, customer complaints, and business-related questions
- Manage the flow of the day, including managing simulator assignments, events, and redirecting staff to uphold the standard.
- Coach and develop team members, while identifying key talent to ensure contestant pipeline and bench strength of talent for GM to develop and train
- Supervise opening and closing procedures to ensure the space is properly cleaned and ready for customers
- Have an in-depth knowledge of simulator function and troubleshooting
- Have an in-depth understanding of our simulators and booking to properly handle all customer requests
- Take pride and ownership of each Guest’s enjoyment and fun at The Bogey Factory
- Work to sell league teams while on the floor
- Oversee all aspects of league night management
- Help to coordinate league payments and team schedules
- Manage weekly league nights with a focus on creating an inclusive and competitive atmosphere
- Ensure a positive customer experience and that all contracted services for events are delivered, ultimately driving return business and word-of-mouth recommendations
- Act as on-site lead during events including greeting event guests, preparing the space, resolving issues or complaints, etc.

Line Cook

Golf Attendant
We are seeking a Golf Attendant. At The Bogey Factory, Golf Attendants are collaborative team members dedicated to preserving our utmost tradition of delivering exceptional customer service. They manage various responsibilities at the front desk and directly report to the General Manager.
Responsibilities Include the Following
- Welcome guests to the venue with a smile and positive attitude
- Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists
- Manage reservations in Your Golf Booking, our booking software
- Learn the ins and outs of our golf simulators to steer Guests towards appropriate gameplay to maximize user experience
- Ensure the golf simulators are clean and presentable
- Escort customers to assigned simulator or bar areas
- Provide information on specials as well as memberships and league information
- Acknowledge customers upon their departure
- Coordinate with wait staff about available simulator options
- Maintain a clean reception area
- Answer incoming calls and address customers’ inquiries
- Assist other staff as needed
Required Qualifications
- Golf, server, and/or hospitality experience encouraged but NOT required

- Demonstrable customer-service skills

Dishwasher
We are seeking Dishwashers . Dishwashers work to take on some janitorial and supportive kitchen tasks, such as bussing tables, washing dishes and appliances, emptying trash receptacles, scrubbing floors, restocking items, and performing other tasks to ensure that the kitchen and dining areas are clean and prepared for guests.
Responsibilities Include the Following
- Maintains a clean kitchen, properly washes and sorts soiled dishes, and preps foods as needed. Keeps dish area free of clutter and organized.
- Sets up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks.
- Maintains clean / dry floors throughout the shift.
- Properly washes, stacks, and stores china, glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers.
- Changes water of machines and sinks every two hours, or more often as required by business levels, and properly uses chemical dilutions set by EcoLab.
- Assists in the timely storing of food deliveries.
- Maintains trash cans throughout shift and removes full trashcans and boxes at the end of each shift.
- Maintains the dry storage area and the organization of storage shelves.
- Follows the posted daily dish cleaning duties.
Required Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Ability to stand or walk for 8-hour shifts and lift at least 20 pounds.
